Incomplete Pathway
Any patient not seen within the 18 week target is identified as an incomplete referral to treatment (RTT) pathway. NHS trusts may endure penalty charges per patient should this target not be met.

By using hospital facilities and spare capacity, we're able to see high volume of patients supporting any backlogs created to help manage clinics & procedures to meet RTT targets.
